Have you heard from us?

By Letter?

We use written communication to stay in touch with our consumers. If you received a letter from us, you may be prequalified to resolve your account for a fraction of what you owe. Also, we’ve included an envelope with our correspondence. Kindly use it to mail a payment or, if easier, pay online. To discuss your account and options that may be available to you, give us a call at (866) 406-7565.

By Phone?

Our account managers will sometimes call our consumers. They can offer individual repayment plans and terms to help you resolve your obligations.

Via a Credit Report?

You may have seen Midland Credit’s contact information on your Credit Report. Your debt obligation is a reportable trade line to the credit bureaus. If your obligation meets all the proper requirements, we will report its status to the major credit bureaus – Equifax, Experian, Transunion – and it will become part of your Credit Report. To discuss how you can resolve this obligation and update your Credit Report, call us at (866) 406 7565.

Via a Law Firm?

We use law firms and the court system to help settle obligations when we aren’t able to resolve them through other means. Even if your account has already been referred to an attorney, they can still make mutually-beneficial arrangements. Be sure to stay in contact with the attorney’s office to be fully aware of your options.

Via an External Collection Agency?

Sometimes we partner with collection agencies that work with you on our behalf to resolve your debt.

*Please understand that this is a communication from a debt collector. This is an attempt to collect a debt. Any information obtained will be used for that purpose.
