Previous incarnations of our brand’s outward appearance showcased who we are and what we do, but did not showcase the exclusive, individualized experience we strive to deliver to each of our consumers. Our consumers and their situations are unique, so we wanted our brand to be just as unique and encompass our compassionate approach to collections. Therefore, our new logo utilizes two intertwined circles, representing the partnership between MCM and our consumers. The circles encompass the Midland Credit Management brand’s acronym, MCM, to highlight our partnership with consumers extends to all levels and areas of the company. Our new logo also employs font with softened edges to mirror our consumer-centric values, as outlined in our industry first, Consumer Bill of Rights. Lastly, we have moved our Midland Credit Management brand acronym, MCM, to individual blocks, to represent the ways we help our consumers build the foundation of their financial wellbeing.
